Weekly Meditation Classes

Join us anytime. No experience necessary.

Most of our weekly meditation classes are currently HYBRID – In person / online via Zoom. Please check individual class pages for specifics. You must pre-register to attend in person and masks are worn at all times.

Classes include a teaching and guided meditation. No experience is needed and you don’t need to be a Buddhist.

Foundation Program

If you’ve been attending our weekly meditation classes, and have a wish to go deeper with your understanding and practice of Kadampa Buddhism, Foundation Program may be the next step in your spiritual journey.
