Most of our weekly meditation classes are hybrid, meaning both in-person and online. You must pre-register to attend in-person. Masks are worn at all times.

Classes include guided meditation and a teaching. No experience needed and everyone non-Buddhist or Buddhist is welcome and can benefit.
