Anika Trancik
RESIDENT TEACHER
Anika Trancik has been studying Kadampa Buddhism under Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s guidance for over 23 years. Her explanations emphasize practical Kadampa Buddhist views, intentions, and simple meditation techniques that are easy to integrate into our busy daily life.
Anika has personally felt the great benefit of dharma practice in her own life and shares this with students by giving accessible teachings in a lighthearted way.

Jason Valcourt
KADAMPA TEACHER
Jason has been studying Kadampa Buddhism and meditation for over ten years. He is also a singer-songwriter and organic vegetable farmer. He draws on a broad spectrum of personal and professional experiences to enhance his teachings.
In his teachings, Jason focuses on practical methods for applying Buddha’s teachings to improve the quality of our daily lives. He also does community outreach meditation classes at Wheeler High School.
Kitty Connolly
KADAMPA TEACHER
Kitty teaches special Saturday retreats and classes, and has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for nearly 20 years. She is skilled at imparting Buddha’s timeless wisdom in a practical way to help students take the teachings to heart.
Kitty teaches special Saturday classes and retreats, and is known for her joyful approach to transmitting the teachings.
Katherine Brown
KADAMPA TEACHER
Katherine has been studying Kadampa Buddhism since 2002 and meditation for over 40 years.
In 2000, she retired from an academic career in health policy and ethics to help people grow their local food system. She is a former Director of Southside Community Land Trust in Providence.
Katherine teaches FRIDAY MORNING in Little Compton.
Susan Dearing
KADAMPA TEACHER
Susan is a long-time practitioner of Kadampa Buddhism and meditation. She presents her teachings from the heart, with concise and immediately relevant practicality.
During her MONDAY LUNCHTIME class, Susan takes the essence of Sunday Morning class and presents it with thoughtful guided meditation that reinforces our understanding of the teaching.
Nancy Littell
KADAMPA TEACHER
Nancy has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for several years. Her teachings clearly come from her experience of Dharma in her heart. Her professional life in the healing arts naturally translates into a wish for others the benefit from spiritual path just as she has done.
In her THURSDAY LUNCHTIME class, Nancy focuses on different Lamrim meditations that are easy to follow and fully guided.
Lloyd Williams
KADAMPA TEACHER
Lloyd has been practicing meditation for over 20 years and loves to share the benefits of the practice with others. He brings a practical understanding and experience to his teachings. His warmth and enthusiasm are inspiring.
Lloyd teaches Thursday NIGHT in Worcester.
