Feeling depleted? Get your spark back!

In Buddha’s teachings we find special methods that can greatly improve the positive energy in our mind. By skillfully using these practices we can reignite the joy within us, and then channel this positivity into yet more.

Without creating certain inner conditions we will have little strength for the regular spiritual practice needed for a positive mood or a better day.

In particular, by tapping into the “waves of transformation” known as blessings, we will have greater energy within our practice and become better able to take that inspiration and pep into our day.

Led by Gen Kelsang Tsoglam, Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher. This retreat includes a brief teaching, guided meditation, and time for Q&A. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Gen Kelsang Tsoglam, Resident Teacher

Gen Tsoglam has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years. Her heartfelt and practical teachings are presented with warmth and humor in a way that encourages us to practice them in daily life.
