How to Stop Overthinking

Let’s be clear, thinking is necessary. We need to think, reflect, understand, make decisions and so on. Sometimes however, our thoughts become circular, negative, stuck, or unclear. We may have a tendency to overthink and find it difficult to ‘switch off’—which can be exhausting and unproductive.

Buddha’s insight into the nature and function of the mind can help. Certain meditations in particular can help us to balance our thoughts and feel calmer as we navigate our busy, modern world with all its stress and stimulation.

Join us to learn methods to gain mental clarity and freedom.

Led by Gen Kelsang Tsoglam, Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher. Includes a brief teaching, guided meditation, and time for Q&A. Suitable for all levels of experience.

Everyone is welcome!

Adult–$10

Student / Senior–$5
