Our mind is our greatest healer, and feeling good is central to our happiness, success in life, and our spiritual progress towards enlightenment. Within our mind lies the power to overcome mental pain, sorrow, loss, physical suffering, and even illness.

The mind/body connection is well established. In Buddha’s teachings and our own practice of meditation we can discover how it’s possible to harness and direct the full power of our mind to heal, as well as produce authentic peace and happiness.

Each session includes a brief teaching, guided meditation, and Q&A.

*Newcomers are strongly encouraged to attend the first session

Session Times:
9:30 – 10:30am
10:45 – 11:45am
Noon- 1:00pm 

You do not need to be Buddhist to take part and benefit. No previous experience is necessary. Suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome.
