Sunday, February 16 | 12PM–2PM | Potluck
Valentine’s Day is about love. Buddha teaches us that love is a mind, it is a choice. Usually we think love is about focusing on one significant other, however, from a Buddhist perspective, we can choose to love more than one person. In fact we can choose to love coworkers, strangers, and even people we think we can’t love.
Join us for a special Valentine’s Day inspired Sunday Meditation followed by potluck brunch with your AKBC friends. Bring your significant other and your favorite vegetarian dish, dessert, or non-alcoholic beverage to share. Use the posted sign-up sheet to RSVP or send an email to info@meditationinrhodeisland.org. Please let us know what food or beverage you will be sharing and the number of people joining you.
Everyone is welcome so bring your family and friends.
