Finding Resilience in Refuge
Where do we go for refuge when the outer world seems to be turned upside down? Do we rely on our angry and upset mind, and simply react with emotional habit? Do we seek to criticize? As we deepen our connection with Buddha’s teachings and the practice of meditation, we build within us a trust and resiliency that we can rely on to face challenges with confidence and compassion.
You do not need to be Buddhist to take part and benefit. Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is necessary.
