About the Teacher
Taught by Laura McPeake, senior Buddhist Teacher at AKBC, this thirty-minute class will refresh and energize your afternoon. Deepen your understanding of real causes of happiness through meditation. Each class includes a brief talk and guided meditation. Everyone is welcome.
