This is Love, Actually
Ask yourself, what is love? Ask anybody. What you’ll get is a jumble of touchy-feely answers. We all think we know what love is until we actually stop and check. We love everything from our dog to pizza; from someone we have our eye on to a new pair of shoes. Stop right there!
Only Buddha gives the real meaning of love. So precise, so clear and so helpful. Love brings only happiness to ourselves and others. If it brings problems, it’s not love, it’s attachment—to people or things. If we really want to be happy we need to know the difference between love and attachment. We need to learn to develop authentic love within our own minds.
In this retreat, learn how to grow real love in your heart. This is one of the most important lessons we can learn in life.
Led by Gen Kelsang Tsoglam, Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher. This retreat includes brief teachings, guided meditation, and time for Q&A. Suitable for all levels of experience.
Everyone is welcome!
