Blessing Empowerments are beautiful guided meditations that help us make a special connection with Buddhas and receive powerful blessings so that we can experience supreme inner peace. Through this we can awaken our spiritual potential – our own Buddha within – and make fast spiritual progress.
This Lecture will describe the features of a Buddhist Empowerment, why practitioners want to receive them and why Kadampa Budhists gather annually to receive empowerments, listen to teachings, contemplate and meditate.
On March 29th, Atisha KBC will be offering a Blessing Empowerment of Buddha Shakyamuni focused on helping you make a strong connection with your own inner peace.
