With Medicine Buddha’s blessings, as we heal our mind we gain more power to heal the world through our prayers. Through these prayers, we can also begin to heal our physical illnesses and help others to do the same. Everyone is welcome to this blissful guided meditation through which we make a special, heartfelt connection with Medicine Buddha and receive his profound healing blessings.
The empowerment session will be held Saturday morning, and that afternoon will include a commentary on the Medicine Buddha practices and your special connection with him.
Anika Trancik has been studying Kadampa Buddhism under Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s guidance for over 25 years. Her explanations emphasize practical Kadampa Buddhist views, intentions, and simple meditation techniques that are easy to integrate into our busy daily life.
