This class includes guided meditations, a teaching, and chanted prayers for world peace.
We can all do something to contribute to world peace! In this class, we are creating world peace in two main ways. We are making prayers together for world peace, and we are also creating inner peace. Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible. When we create peace within our own mind, it ripples out to create peace in our world.
We will explore how building peace within our mind we can better help others during difficult times. When we experience difficulties we are more equipped to transform the difficulty into a meaningful experience, so that despite the pain we experience it becomes a source of spiritual growth.
