THURSDAY NIGHTS | 6:30-8PM

Inner Strength

What would our life be like if we always had a strong and peaceful mind regardless of our circumstances? Would life’s building pressures and uncertainties have the power to make us unhappy, or would this inner stability protect us?

By understanding how our mind works, we can change our habitual responses to difficulties from anxiety to peace, from frustration to acceptance, and from sadness to inspiration. Learn to be happy, whatever happens.
