About the Teacher
Taught by Susan Dearing, senior Kadampa Buddhist Teacher at AKBC, this thirty-minute class starts your week off right. Deepen your understanding of real causes of happiness through meditation.

Sometimes it feels like we can’t stop our day. And yet, if we take time to meditate during the day, our state of mind at work or home will be much more balanced. Begin your week with a 30-minute meditation class and experience peaceful benefits.
Meditations are guided and based on Sunday Morning Meditation class teaching. Formatted for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everyone is welcome!
