The Lost Art of Contentment

In our search for happiness, we tend to spend a lot of time thinking about changing our job, partner, home, or activities hoping to find happiness in some alchemy within the external aspects of our life. Unfortunately, we will never know real satisfaction until we change our restless, discontented mind.

During this special class, Kadam Kyle will explain the lost art of contentment. Through Buddha’s timeless wisdom we can find real freedom from restlessness and dissatisfaction by seeking happiness where it can actually be found—within.

We may not be able to change our external situation, but we can change our mind.

Join us as we learn practical methods to experience more peace in our life through the joyful practice of contentment

Includes a teaching and guided mediation. No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
