Moving beyond blame and guilt

Forgiveness is a strong and courageous mind that frees us from unnecessary pain. Unfortunately, we tend to misunderstand its real nature and hold onto past hurt – hurting the present.

We may also feel trapped by certain aspects of our past, perhaps unable to forgive our self, and carrying a heavy burden, unnecessarily.
