Energize Your Mind
Feeling depleted? Join us for inspiring energy!
Meditation and mindfulness are popular, but without certain inner conditions they won’t necessarily translate into a positive mood or a better day.
In Buddha’s teachings we find special methods that can greatly improve the quality of our mediations and energize our mind. These practices prepare our mind for meditation in the same way a gardener prepares soil for planting. As a result, our mind, and therefore our meditations, will become more powerful. We will begin to experience change at a deeper level.
In particular, by tapping into the “waves of transformation” known as blessings, we will have greater energy within our practice and become better able to take that inspiration and pep into our day.
Led by Gen Kelsang Tsoglam, Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher. This retreat includes a brief teaching, guided meditation, and time for Q&A. Suitable for all levels of experience.
Everyone is welcome!
Adult–$25
Student, Senior, FP Members–$15
