Settling In: Meditations on Clarity
Take time to settle in your mind by understanding the clarity of your mind. Using the Buddhist Mahamudra teachings, we will explore the beauty of the mind’s real nature. We will connect with a spacious, joyful, and relaxed experience — this is the true nature of your mind.
Come discover “settling the mind” through six Mahamudra analogies such as settling “like the sun free from obstruction by clouds.” Although distracting thoughts seem like they have power, when we focus on the spacious sky of our mind, the clouds of our distracting conceptions are powerless, and we can abide within a limitless peace and joy.
You do not need to be Buddhist to take part and benefit. Everyone is welcome. No previous experience
