Wednesday Meditation Class

Buddhist Healing Practices

Wednesdays | 6:30 – 8 pm | In-person

With Resident Teacher, Anika Trancik

Cost | $10 per class | FREE for Members.

During our Wednesday drop-in class we will learn four different Buddhist healing practices.  In addition to taking practical and conventional steps to maintain a healthy body and mind we can also use these practices to make a profound difference in our life and the life of others.  Healing our world begins with healing our mind. There is a close connection between our mind, our body, and our experience of our world. These meditation methods have been used for thousands of years.

These teachings are suitable for everyone and apply directly to the demands of our daily life. With spiritual development, we find direction, purpose, hope and meaning.

Each class is self-contained and can be attended individually.
