Life as a Spiritual Adventure

Resistance has its place. But resisting the challenges and situations appearing in our daily life is exhausting and leaves frustrated and overwhelmed blind to solutions or viewing things as opportunities for spiritual growth.

By responding skillfully to our life’s problems with creativity, acceptance, wisdom and compassion, and without frustration or anger, our ”problems” become the very means by which we progress towards becoming the extraordinary, beneficial person that is our true potential.

You do not need to be Buddhist to take part or benefit. No previous experience necessary — everyone is welcome!
