Peace of mind may seem impossible in our complicated, busy world, but in reality it’s just waiting to be discovered – within us.
We can learn how to access the natural clarity and stillness of our own mind by practicing meditation. It’s possible to find the missing peace simply by looking deeply into our own heart.
Buddha’s teachings and meditations on the nature of the mind gently guide us to an ocean of peace at our heart.
Each session includes a brief teaching, guided meditation, and Q&A.
*Newcomers are strongly encouraged to attend the first session

10:45 – 11:45am
You do not need to be Buddhist to take part and benefit. No previous experience is necessary. Suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome.
