The self-generation meditations take us to the heart of Buddha’s teachings on Highest Yoga Tantra. In particular, visualization and meditations on the Vajrayogini Body Mandala practice engages us with our limitless potential. At the foundation of this practice is a firm understanding of Buddhist refuge and the precious mind of Bodhichitta. During this retreat we will contemplate and meditate on Mahayana Refuge, Bodhichitta and Vajrayogini Body Mandala.
Session One: 11AM – 12:15PM
(Bring your own packed lunch or enjoy a few vegetarian snacks.)
Session Two: 12:45PM – 1:45PM
Session Three: 2PM – 3PM
Note: The last two sessions are open to those who have received an empowerment of Vajrayogini or who have a sincere wish receive an empowerment as soon as they can.
