The meditation classes offered at AKBC are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Just bring yourself—no mat or special clothes required. You have the option of sitting on the floor with a mat and cushion or in a chair.
WHICH CLASS IS BEST FOR ME?
We offer a variety of classes, from brief lunchtime meditation, to more extensive drop-in meditation series. Our lunchtime classes allow you to quickly relax and take a break from your day. Our drop-in meditation series includes more meditation time plus a teaching and discussion. We also offer study programs on a regular basis.
