Taking the Essence of Our Human Life
There is nothing more precious than our human life. Having been born as a human being we have immense freedom to accomplish most anything we want. With so much freedom, we need to ask ourself:
What is the most meaningful way to use our life? What will make us truly happy? What will benefit others most? And when this life is over, what will help us then?
If we ask ourself these questions sincerely and deeply we shall discover the way to make our life truly meaningful is to dedicate it to spiritual development.
In this retreat, learn Buddhist methods to make your life truly meaningful through developing a sincere spiritual practice.
This mini meditation retreat is led by Llyod Williams, Senior Kadampa Teacher at AKBC. Suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome.

How to best experience a retreat through Live Video Streaming
Find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted, by sounds or by others. Turn off your phone. Set up a cushion on the floor or sit in chair that will allow you to sit comfortably with your back straight.
You do not need to be Buddhist to take part and benefit. Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is necessary.
