Living in the Moment
SATURDAY, Aug 15
Available for viewing beginning at 10AM
What does living in the moment really mean? Living in the moment means cultivating deeper experience of mindfulness, alertness and conscientiousness through our meditation practice formally and meditation break.
There are three sessions for us to explore what does it mean to live in the moment by overcoming our busy minds, and ultimately, how do we do maintain mindfulness in our daily life.
When our mind is free from the turbulence of distracting conceptions, it becomes calm and smooth.
