This profound, yet simple, breathing meditation is deeply healing, increasing both our spiritual strength and our ability to deal with challenges. This ancient practice has helped people transform suffering and even cure diseases.

In this retreat, discover the renowned ancient healing practice known as Taking & Giving. With wisdom, faith, and compassion, we can truly benefit both ourselves and others with this practice.

Led by Kadam Donna Campanelli, Senior Kadampa Teacher and Resident Teacher at Vajra Light Center, Hartsdale, NY.

Suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome!

What to Expect

You do not need to be Buddhist to attend and benefit.

We provide both cushions and chairs to sit on. No special clothing is required. Each seession inlcudes a teaching and guided meditations. Afterwards, feel free to stay to chat with the teacher and other attendees.
