Abiding in Inner Peace

Where can real happiness be found? If it is truly within, how do we tap into it? Buddha taught the true nature of our mind is clarity. Through meditation, we can reach this deep, natural clarity that is vast like a clear, blue sky. 

When through meditation, inner distracting thoughts subside, we experience the natural clarity of our mind.

In this retreat, we will practice simple yet profound meditations from the Buddhist Mahamudra tradition to settle our mind and learn the immense benefits of connecting with our mind’s true nature, clarity. 

Led by Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher at AKBC. Suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome!
