Too often, we strongly relate to the anxious-self, the lonely-self, the unsuccessful-self. We should know that this ordinary way in which we identify with ourself is mistaken and thus leads us to think and act in limited ways. Our true self, on the other hand, has limitless potential.

In this retreat, through Buddha’s wisdom, learn how to identify and then let go of your limiting self and confidently experience the benefits of seeing and relating to your true self.

Led by Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher at AKBC. Suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome!

How to best experience a retreat through Zoom

Find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted, by sounds or by others. Turn off your phone. Set up a cushion on the floor or sit in chair that will allow you to sit comfortably with your back straight.

You do not need to be Buddhist to attend and benefit. Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is necessary.
