Discover how to let go of guilt, resentment, and sorrow and experience an open heart filled with peace and happiness. Through the kindness of Buddha, we can develop the wisdom of patient acceptance, mindfulness, and impermanence.

In this retreat, experience spiritual insights that give rise to peaceful states of mind that will lead to happiness and love for ourselves and others.

Led by Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Buddhist nun and Resident Teacher at AKBC. Suitable for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome!

What to Expect

You do not need to be Buddhist to attend and benefit.

We provide both cushions and chairs to sit on. No special clothing is required. Each seession inlcudes a teaching and guided meditations. Afterwards, feel free to stay to chat with the teacher and other attendees.
