6:30-8PM | THURSDAYS (biweekly) | Mar 8 - May 3 1

In this busy world, our experiences of happiness are fleeting and short-lived, while inner peace eludes us. How do we solve having our wishes go unfulfilled? How can we accept ourself and others not wishing it to be different? How can we be empowered by the mind of acceptance?

Join us to explore methods to identifying those states of mind that disturb us seeing how they are generated and how we can transform them and actually soothe our mind through acceptance. Drop into any class or join us for the whole series.

Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everyone welcome — Thursday nights (every two weeks).
