Jun 7 - Jul 12 *Now Weekly*

Stress, fear and anxiety are habitual responses to the challenges we face in today’s busy modern world. These very common states of mind rob us of our ability to enjoy life and experience peace and happiness, yet we unknowingly continue to perpetuate their influence in our mind.

Buddha’s timeless teachings offer a simple yet profound alternative. By cultivating peaceful and positive states of mind explained in Buddha’s teachings we can transform our habitually stressed, fearful and anxious mental habits into peaceful, positive and empowering states of mind.

Discover the true source of happiness, joy and mental clarity that is your naturally abiding inner peace and create new habits of mind that lead to liberation.
